Following a roughly 5% gain over a 24-hour period, LINK traded near $13.93, building on its September recovery. The cryptocurrency hit an intraday peak close to $14.18 as trading volume pushed past $870 million.

Chainlink Price Roadmap to $100 Is Intact
Since hitting a low of $10 on September 16, the price of Chainlink has risen by 40%. Healthy increases in trading volume suggest this upward momentum is well-supported.
Cryptocurrency analyst Crypto Patel noted that LINK has climbed 90% from its designated entry zone, hitting the initial milestone of $13.69. The analyst’s extended price targets are $20, $50, and $100.
At present, LINK is retesting a higher-timeframe trendline that initially failed near $12 back in January. Crypto Patel pointed out that a confirmed breakout and sustained holding above this trendline could pave the way to $20, and subsequently $50 and $100.
Conversely, a price rejection could trigger a pullback down to $10, viewed by the analyst as a potential re-entry area.
Meanwhile, major financial institutions like Standard Chartered maintain a long-term bullish outlook on Chainlink. According to their analysis, LINK could climb as high as $200 by the year 2030.
Chainlink Reserve Surpasses 6 Million LINK, CCIP Secures $82.39 Billion
Alongside the robust price rally, Chainlink’s fundamental metrics are strengthening. Throughout September, the network incorporated 373,791 LINK—valued at upwards of $4.3 million—pushing total holdings above 6.04 million coins. This reserve systematically converts off-chain revenue from enterprise partners and on-chain service fees into LINK.
With 3.06 million LINK in the Reserve at the conclusion of Q1, holdings have roughly doubled over a span of six months. At the same time, Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) now secures $82.39 billion in cross-chain assets, highlighting its expanding significance within cross-chain infrastructure.
Chainlink Address Activity Jumps After Infosys Deal
In a major recent update, Chainlink revealed a partnership with Indian tech giant Infosys, whose banking platform caters to 1.7 billion accounts. The two entities will collaborate to assist banks in linking legacy systems to blockchain markets utilizing LINK architecture.
This alliance brings Infosys into an expanding network of prominent institutions tied to Chainlink, such as Swift, UBS, Mastercard, and DTCC. Furthermore, the news sparked an immediate uptick in network address activity.
Analytics firm Santiment reported that despite generating significant interest, the announcement omitted any specific bank names or deployment timelines. On-chain metrics registered 1,344 newly created LINK addresses on that day.
That September 22 figure sat roughly 19% higher than the monthly average. Since August 1, only 11 days have seen higher address creation, with the high point reaching 1,929 new addresses on August 21.
